Terms and conditions

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the website MowerBlades.eu – Spare Parts for Lawn Mowers (mowerblades.eu) by consumers. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy policy and the Returns and complaints page.

2. Who we are

The seller is MowerBlades.eu – Spare Parts for Lawn Mowers (trading as MowerBlades.eu – Spare Parts for Lawn Mowers).

3. Products and prices

  • Products are described as accurately as possible; photographs are for illustration and are not contractual.
  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you place the order.
  • We may change prices at any time; you pay the price shown when you confirm your order.
  • If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have recognised it as a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

4. Ordering

You can order as a guest or with a customer account. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation e-mail. The “Place order and pay” button places an order with an obligation to pay. We may refuse an order where goods are unavailable, where payment is not authorised or where we cannot deliver to the address given.

5. Payment

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Card details never pass through our servers — payment is made on the secure page of the payment provider. For bank transfer, the order is processed once the payment has cleared.

6. Delivery

Delivery methods, costs and times are described on the Delivery page. We deliver to the address you give at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated. Goods are dispatched from Poland; any import duties or charges that may apply in the destination country are described on the Delivery page.

7. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. We extend this period: you may cancel within 30 days from the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. 8. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods are faulty you may be entitled to a refund (short-term right to reject within 30 days), a repair or replacement, or a price reduction or final right to reject, as set out in the Act. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Reviews

Only customers who have bought a product from us may review it. We publish both positive and negative reviews and remove only content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product.

10. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

11. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. You may also seek advice from Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards office.

12. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987. We are not liable for business losses; we supply goods for domestic and private use only.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts and you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the law of the country in which you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
