Home delivery
£6.99Dispatched by courier to the address given. The tracking number appears in the order details in your account once the parcel has been dispatched.
Good to know
- The delivery cost is added to the order and shown in the checkout summary before you place it.
- Processing time is counted from when the order is accepted and, for prepayment, from when the payment clears.
- You will find the order status and parcel details in your account under Orders.
Receiving your parcel
- Check the condition of the packaging on delivery, in the presence of the driver.
- Describe any damage or missing goods in a damage report or on the consignment note.
- Submit a complaint according to the rules on the Returns and complaints page.
